Brandt was awarded this Design Build project. The completion date was October 2005.
The scope of work included the removal of two (2) existing 500 ton chillers. Brandt installed an Owner furnished 1000 ton chiller. Chilled water was run to the Owner furnished storage tank and Brandt installed approximately 4,000 ft. of 18" SDR-17 piping underground to feed to future buildings.
