In 1995, Brandt completed the mechanical and plumbing installation on this 350,000 square foot corporate facility. The chilled water system includes a 7,800 ton-hour ice storage system to deliver 1,200-tons of cooling. We attribute the success of the installation in part to early involvement of Brandt on the construction team.
Since completion, Brandt has been providing full operation and comprehensive maintenance of all mechanical systems, plumbing systems, automation systems, and water treatment. In addition to preventative maintenance work, Brandt utilizes remote monitoring and 24-hour per day response coverage to handle all mechanical and plumbing issues. We have a man on-site 10 hours per day, 5 days per week.
