Brandt was selected to perform HVAC and plumbing work on this 401,055 SF 20 story high rise, owner occupied, Class A building. This is a design-assist project with incomplete drawing information available at the time construction started. Brandt designed the building as they moved along, requiring ongoing coordination efforts by the mechanical engineer, general contractor, structural engineer, electrical contractor and other trades.
