Addison, TX
The Seven Owls project is a corporate headquarters for an innovative software company in Addison, Texas. Austin Commercial is the general contractor, and the project was completed in January 2007.
The Greenfield site includes a five story 52,000 square foot office structure and stand alone garage. An eight story Phase II expansion are part of the master plan. Generator and UPS systems are included to provide continuous power for all critical loads in the facility.
In addition to the emergency systems, state of the art Fire Alarm, Security, Lightning Protection, and Communication Systems are incorporated in the design. The entire facility has a raised floor to provide maximum flexibility.
We completed the project without a lost time accident or incident.
