 Brandt was awarded the mechanical portion of this project at the Design Development phase. Brandt was required to assist the Construction Manager in keeping the Engineer within budget and on schedule.
This new 284,000 SF multi-purpose 6 story hospital includes provisions for future expansion. The ground floor of the facility will house the majority of departments including Emergency, Surgery, Radiology, Kitchen, and other associated departments. The Bed Tower consists of four (4) floors (levels 2 through 5), including finish out of two floors containing approximately 72 patient rooms (levels 2 and 3) and shell space of two floors (levels 4 and 5). The building containing the power plant is connected.
Other site improvements include a helipad, surface parking area, concrete drives and aprons, concrete curbs and gutters, concrete sidewalks, lawn areas and landscaping.
