 This 85,000 Square Feet hospital expansion includes a new Central Plant, ICU expansion, Cath Lab, Administrative and Operating Room expansion and renovation involving mechanical, plumbing and medical gas.
Brandt was awarded the mechanical portion of this project.
The most challenging aspect of the project was insuring the hospital could continue to service its customers during renovation. The tie-ins to the existing hospital from the new expansion and the new central plant required careful coordination. This was accomplished by working in closely with the hospital user groups, hospital engineering staff and the General Contractor.
