The Brandt Piping & Plumbing Shop incorporates state of the art equipment for automated pre-fabrication.

Our plumbing fabrication shop is used to fabricate complete plumbing systems for direct installation on-site.
The Brandt Sheet Metal Shop is capable of producing up to 40,000 pounds of fabricated ductwork per day. Our computerized coil line and duct fabrication machine is capable of manufacturing 32,000 pounds of insulated rectangular sheet metal ductwork per day.
We utilize a "VULCAN" computer controlled sheet metal fitting cutting system to maintain efficiency and provide the maximum project value. In addition to saving lay-out time, this system optimizes the amount of metal in cutting the different fittings and joints of duct.
Our round spiral duct machine produces duct from 4" in diameter to 84" in diameter.
We are able to weld stainless steel, black iron, aluminum and galvanized metals from 1/8" in thickness to ½" in thickness.
Our dock was custom built to allow us to ship 6 semi-truck loads out at one time, eliminating the bottleneck of delivery vehicle loading.
