Plastipak is headquartered in Plymouth, MI. The company manufactures plastic containers for four distinct industries: carbonated and noncarbonated beverages; consumer cleaning; food and processed juices; and industrial, automotive, and agricultural. Plastipak Packaging makes high-density polyethylene (HDPE) resins and polyethylene terephthalate (PET) at its plants in the US, Europe, and South America.
Some of the plastic bottles and containers produced at the Garland facility are used at Kraft, one of our customers, located across the street. Logistically it is perfect and gives our team the opportunity to partner up with both companies and participate in the bottling/product process chain.
Our team has been doing work at this facility since 1992. Brandt completed the design and construction of the initial plant addressing the both comfort cooling and process cooling needs. We have also performed electrical installation, including controls and integration, on their conveyors, production equipment, and palletizers.
