WHO WE ARE

Brandt is Texas' best Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing building solutions provider. We offer design, construction, service and retrofit of any mechanical, electrical or plumbing system. In 2007, Brandt Engineering Co. celebrated its 55th anniversary. Through the years, we have maintained a commitment to providing expertise in construction, technical service, and engineering. We strive to exceed our customers' expectations by providing innovative, value-conscious solutions to complex problems.

Currently, we have twenty-five (25) engineers on staff to assure that the installations and services we provide are on target; nine (9) are registered in Texas. In addition to our design-build and design-assist capabilities, our engineers spend time in the field with Brandt's construction and technical service managers, focusing on practical cost effective solutions for our client's mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. In 2001 and 2006, Brandt was named "Sub-Contractor of the Year" by BECK. In 2007, Brandt received QUOIN Summit Awards for both Mechanical and Electrical performance on the First Baptist Church of Dallas. Brandt takes great pride in the number of building owners that are repeat customers. Locally managed and owned, Brandt is dedicated to providing our customers with first class quality work and superior customer service.

HOW WE SUCCEED

Brandt Engineering Co. has the proven capabilities required to plan and construct the most cost-effective plan for all projects.

• Pre-Construction experience: Brandt works with owners and developers in the early stages of construction to optimize the design and manage life cycle costs of the project. Brandt's expertise has been called upon in variety of facilities including hospitals, corporate headquarters, universities, and manufacturing plants.
• Projects delivered under budget: Brandt has a commitment to deliver projects at or below our initial budget. Our fee-based projects are consistently at or below budget.
• Aggressive project planning: Brandt coordinates input from engineering, field superintendents, purchasing, estimating, and project management in order to develop a comprehensive project plan.
• Scheduling: Each phase and system is scheduled for duration and manpower levels; labor loading is monitored and coordinated weekly with the on-site construction team.
• Pre-fabrication facility: Pre-fabrication allows us to control the quality, cost and schedule of the piping installation. A significant portion of piping will be delivered to the project assembled in a controlled environment.
