1. Pre-Construction experience: Brandt Engineering Co. has been involved in evaluating virtually every type of project possible, including: healthcare, institutional, commercial and industrial.
We have evaluated these systems from a first cost, operating cost and maintenance cost perspective. As a pre-construction team member we will be able to provide accurate, thoughtful and timely cost input to the pre-construction team for evaluation.
2. Delivered project under budget: Brandt Engineering Co. has made a commitment to deliver projects at or below our initial budget. The fee-based projects we have completed during the past three years have all been at or below budget.
a) Aggressive project planning with input from engineering, field superintendents, purchasing, estimating and project management.
b) Scheduling - Each phase and system is scheduled for duration and manpower levels; therefore, labor expense is monitored and controlled weekly with each foreman.
c) Pre-fabrication facility - Pre-fabrication allows us to control the quality, cost and schedule of the piping installation. A significant portion of piping will be delivered to the project assembled in a controlled environment.
A certified welding inspector manages Brandt's pipe-fabrication shop.
