Brandt was selected as the mechanical contractor for the construction of a new 92,700 SF Sanctuary building and a 37,200 SF two story Education building for Community Bible Church in San Antonio, TX. Brandt furnished both Pre-Construction and Construction services under a GMP contract.
Brandt has experience with acoustically sensitive projects (Dallas Museum of Art, Meyerson Symphony Hall, Prestonwood Baptist Church), and will be worked with a project consultant from Acoustic Dimensions in regard to sound sensitivity for recording purposes.
