Brandt was awarded this MEP Subcontract. This was a new construction of a 263,000 SF 7 story building in downtown Dallas.
Brandt installed a 5000Amp electrical system with two (2) separate bus duct risers and a 600kw generator in the basement of the building. Brandt was also responsible for the fire alarm contractor and for the installation of conduit and cable for the Audio Visual system throughout all floors of the building.
One of the challenges of this particular project is the coordination with the delivery of material, since it is located in downtown Dallas, where there is limited lay down area.
